AFC East is horrible. Pats and Bills have no o-lines at all. Good teams with decent defenses will shut them down.

Jets, Bills, and Dolphins have questionable QB play on their good days.

It's a bad division

Agreed.

Top Divisions:

1. NFC East sad smileyPossibly 3 top 10 teams)
2. AFC North ( Baltimore & Pitt: 2 top 10 teams)
3. NFC North ( 3 solid teams)
4. AFC South ( Indy & Tenn )
5. AFC East ( Pats, then hopefully Fins)
6. NFC South ( Atlanta, New Orleans..)
7. NFC West ( Up and coming teams)
8. AFC West ( Total rebuilding)

I see the NFC North dropping as the season progresses.

MikeO,

I don't think the Jets have questionable QB play at all. I really like Mark Sanchez, and sure he will make a lot of rookie mistakes, but he is definitely going to be a good QB. I think he follows in the line of Eli, Phillip, and Ben. And not in the line of Vince Young and Matt Linart (sp?)

gonna take more than 1 game vs a suspect defense to begin with to make Sanchez "reliable".

It was only 1 game

Thats very true. It has just been 1 game... However, let me just say I'm jumping on the Band Wagon early. Kind of like I did with Vince Young during that season he was co-rookie of the year...

I would like to say however, that I never thought that Matt Lienart was going to be any good.

The issue with AFC East when viewed as dominant is that they will be beating each other up and also playing the toughest schedules.

Thus ther conferences will benefit from less competition and though win / loss may be better, they will not likely be the teams that progress to the championships.
