RESPONSE: My bad. I remember when he was Stunner but that was shortly after he appeared which roughly coincided with A & O's disappearance.

I preferred Gus Frerotte. He's the forgotten man whenever we discuss post-Marino QBs.
Henne is assumed to be the QB of the future, but he hasn't shown anything to back that up. He may be one of these QB's who needs to be on the field and get cranking in order to be productive, he was a starter in college and he's not used to just coming in as a backup. Not all QB's are cracked up for that. But, you want to see some progress, this is his 2nd year. He doesn't have any receivers, and he's walking into an offense which is not designed for passing. So I feel for him. But still, it's on him and he has to bring it. Ryan, Flacco, and plenty of other rookie QB's are bringing it. Probably add Sanchez to that list soon.
Flip a coin, odds are the same that Henne will be playing in 2010 as NOT playing. We might have a yet another QB, who knows.

He's starting to remind me of Beck. He's got the tools, but he can't improvise when things break down. I'm also concerned that he completely missed the receiver on some throws. I'm hoping this comes with experience, but I'm already convinced he's not on the same level as Matt Ryan and possibly not as Flacco either.
Well throwing a INT to a wide open Dlineman i mean? Did you guys see it, its like HELLO IM STANDING RIGHT HERE, Henne just threw it to him. That tells me that Henne doesnt have the quick thinking motor skills to accel, and untill if ever that improves 2nd string all day. I hope they put White as the 2nd QB, and Henne as 3rd. At least White can run when he is in trouble.
