I Didn't See the Game

Something always kept interrupting.

And when I thought I'd catch the last part of the replay on NFL network, the Brett Favre press conference knocked it off.

So, who were the NEW players (rookies or transferred) who impressed and who were the disappointments.

I heard the announcers praising Pat White. Was he good?

What about Pennington and Henne? Which one looked good.

Impressed. The dolphins entire Defense porter and taylor like always breaking havoc in the backfield...THE ILBs crowder and ayodele did a good job as well. Sean smith did a good job with the first teamers and continued the good play with the backups....He got an INT but against the second or third team QB..

Impressed......Willford got his first TD in like 10 years it seems like but against sencond teamers......From henne!!!!smiling smiley

Impressed..Offensively pat white had a couple of nice throws that were dropped. He looked good. Henne 19 yard pass to hartline. Henne also threw a dumb INT but it was the second team OL he was with. IMO he would do much better with the first teamers.............Ted Ginn from a nice 16 yard reverse to a couple of nice grabs from pennington......Devon bess is back with a vengeance...

Disapointments....Vontae davis had a couple of dumb penalties one pass int and the otherone on special teams he hit the guy on a fair catch.

Disapointments...The entire first team OL got beat against the run. Jake grove false start on jax 5 yard line.

Disapointments...Eric green continues to get beat. Wouldnt surprise me if he gets cut outright if he keep getting beat like that.

We will get better im positive.

Good report. Thats what i want to hear. But we still couldn't run on the jags. I know they have a good dline but we need to be able to run against good teams to get to the next level. And it all starts with the center.

Anyways its just the first preseason game. We'll be much better saturday.

I think the problem is when the entire unit isn't cohesive. Murphy is back at number one so we have three more games to gel.
