Thomas has been cleared to practice and is already working with the starters. Let's hope he can stay healthy. Sparano didn't lie. He said the job was Murphy's to lose. Murphy just lost it.
Good news. You never know murphy might turn into a great player.
And we do not know what kind of a player donald thomas is yet. He only played 1 regular season game. The coaches say he has god a lot of upside and he is strong or whatever it is they say.
These two might very well turn out to the starting guard for a long time.
As I recall, following the 1st game last year, the Jets defensive lineman raved about Thomas. Considering he had a broken foot, he must be pretty good.
I'm hoping Thomas is back 100% I like the guy, just walked in the door last year and took the position. Said he broke his foot the first series but did not want to tell the coaches and played the rest of the game. An old school guy gotta be in his corner. I'm expecting good things from Murphy too I am sure his dad did not raise a slacker.

Yes dale murphy was a great baseball player. He wasnt great at the beginning but then he took his game to the next level with hard work and dedication. I hope its the same case with his son.
