Ronnie has a lot of reasons to shine in 09. He is in awesome shape and, will be a big factor.

Addto his incentives the O-line improvements and a likely improved defense / secondary (more possessions), new options in the wildcat to amplify his run or receiver roles with white in the mix, and he's looking to be a force this year.

He is kind of shadowing another RB who was drafted in 98 that started his career with injury problems. He went on to have 7, 1000 yard seasons. He actually had 1223, 1399, 1314, 1572, 1224, 1146 & 1202 yards.

Ronnie is still very capable of that.

not a bad comparison. similar sizes (sort of surprisingly, as i always considered brown to be a lot bigger and more physical)

in addition, he averaged over 5 YPC for the combined 06-07 seasons as a seasoned veteran

i am inclined to think that RB has quite a bit of tread left on the tires, but I guess we'll see
