Based on what pft.com and all other sports media outlets are reporting, I don't even think Vick will be playing in 2009, so the point could be moot.

I agree that I wouldn't call it plagiarism, but it might be deemed unauthorized reprinting of copyrighted material. This is why we continually ask for posts to contain one or two lines ONLY of copy/paste, then the link to the original article. That way everyone gets the gist, the original site gets the hits if anyone wants to read the full item, we don't get nasty letters from lawyers, and it even saves on scrolling space when a long article is involved.

I had already read it, but put very little credence in the Tuna having an interest. MV brings far more downside publicity than potential IMHO, and the need for a mobile QB was addressed in the form of Pat White.

I suppose it has been a long time since anything Green said made the papers.

You're right, in this case the clip was reasonably brief. At first glance I didn't notice where the endquotes were. I didn't need to edit the OP; it's always good to clarify the site policy once in a while anyhow, as lots of people aren't clear on it.

Then that was my mistake. I was under the impression you could quote a line or two then post the link.
