Draft 2024

There have been many "experts" guessing who the Fins may take at pick 21. I have an issue with the majority of the picks....quite a few of the picks have had injuries, with the latest being Jackson Powers-Johnson. He has suffered multiple concussions. Here is what he has accomplished, however, and would it be worth the Fins to draft him? He was a Rimington trophy winner, was a unanimous All-American, a First Team All-Pac 12 pick and a Joe Morris Award finalist. He is 6'3", 320 lbs and "is an explosive and nimble athlete in both the lateral and vertical modes." This is all from an Adam H. Beasley article for PFN. Is he worth the pick?

I seriously hope we draft down.I don't want anymore phenomenal 1st round picks especially if we just get rid of them like Wilkins, or Minka Fitzpatrick.

Trade down, get picks because we don't have any in the 3rd and 4th rds.we need DEPTH to survive December meltdowns. Get guys who can tackle and run on special teams. Depth at linebacker, DT and Oline.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

Realized I posted this in the wrong thread:

It's weird. I'm not saying I'm right or wrong......but a week before the draft I've read up on positions of need and at least have a strong opinion where we need to go.

This year we " created" positions of need by letting go of elite players and we stuffed holes with veteran injured players via free agency.

So......do we draft DT linebacker DB, or the oline that's been filled Free agency.....

Will these players stay healthy? Will they play well in the new systems with the new coaches (again?).

This team played well in the 1st half when healthy. This team has changed dramatically, not sure if alot of people see that . I'm not sure what position we go to at number 21. For that reason I hope we draft back. We have no picks in the 3rd and 4th rounds. Grab an extra 2nd rounder move back 20 spots and a 3rd and 4th pick.

Hit the trenches hard. Center , DT , linebacker, cornerback.

Nothing else makes much sense.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!
