The Raiders have always had a black mark in my book--which stems from games the two played in the '70s. Over the years the Raiders have done nothing to improve their image for me.

Today the Raiders are in town to face the Dolphins at 1pm. Honestly, I don't know what to expect when these teams play one another. Yes, Stabler is long gone but the memories, bad ones for us, linger. Hopefully, we can keep them off balance and come out with a much needed victory over them.

This game is ugly. 3 turnovers and we need a new kicker. What else can go wrong?

That kicker was worse last season. Why he's still here is a head shaker.

The play calling.......why throw on 3 and 1? 4 and 1? WTF. Luckily the Raiders suck.

What an "ugly game" to quote 808phan. Too many mistakes and poor play calling kept this game close to the bitter end.

The running game was nearly non-existent.

Damn that game was a nailbiter and it shouldn't have been one. Defense was clutch. I'm glad it's over. I totally agree about the play calling. That was some WTF stuff there.

Agreed 808. New to hit the cheap shot field goals when you have the opportunity. Specially when we have been struggling on offense lately. We need the right gard back. Eich stinks.

Yes, they are moving the ball but not very well.
I feel the same way about the Raiders. I never liked them in those days and I can't say I feel any different now. Next, we play another divisional rival from those days- The Jets. I might be more uncomfortable about this game if Rogers hadn't gone down, but don't forget- Wilson put 40 on us last year. That was then and this is now, but never underestimate a division rival- especially not this one.

I thought Eichenberg had a decent game- for him. As for kickers, Sanders has got to be on a bubble of some sort, and- I miss Thomas Morsted.

Agree about historical feelings about the Raiders. Thank God we won but yeah it was ugly
