Chris Grier has all but assured he'll be gone in 2 years.

You can't have a GM that's playing checkers, when the top NFL GMs are playing chess,like John Lynch.

It's now 2 years in a row that Grier has absolutely blown an early 1st rd pick. How many times is Ross going to let this happen?!

Deon Jordan, Charles Harris, Tua, and now with the 3rd overall pick, he turns it into Jaylen Waddle??!

This dude has been with the organization for over 20 years, and has never made 1 impactful move to make us consistent playoff caliber team.

How this guy ever made it out of the Johnathan Martin disaster, I'll never understand. And, I know he wasn't the GM at the time, but he was head of scouting, which is who targets the majority of our potential draft picks.

Oh well, it all falls back onto Stephen Ross, who is obviously extremely smart at making money, but doesn't know jack-$#!T about how to construct a winning football team. If he did, Grier would have been gone long ago.

Waddle and a first rounder

Waddle is electric , more versatile than Chase, Tyreek Hill like, crazy breakaway weapon we didn't have

Would have loved Pitts, but assume they a liked Pitts, Chase, Waddle equally and got an extra first

May have to move up to 33 to get Jevonte Williams or Jets will grab him

Do agree Igbinoghene was a major reach last year and was terrible. Hopefully his athleticism will help him, and didn't we basically trade Fitzpatrick for him?

Waddle was a completely free pick. Thanks to moves Grier made. Our defense made a huge improvement last year.

We need to give tua some weapons and see what he can
. My biggest worry about him was injuries...talentwise he is ok. I will give him 4 years until i start calling wet firecracker the sequel. I think 4 year is adecuate to find out if a player can play in this league.
