Word is the Pats want a QB , and are setting up the groundwork for a trade to #8 with Carolina if one falls....
This helps us.....
A) other teams wanting a QB will be more willing to trade with Atlanta at 4 if The Pats are being aggressive.....that assures us Pitts or Chase or.....if Atlanta takes Pitts, Teams will jump to us at 6 to get a QB. We still get Waddle or Smith.
I read something yesterday that was discussing that we may try and be all over Sewell now that Flowers has been dealt to Washington. That is of course if he last to 6. That move really confused me since it was a cap move but we are still paying 6 Mil of his cap space this year.

Yeah I read that as well. Just more smoke and mirrors before the draft. Get Teams thinking we want Sewell at #6. And who knows we just might. Atlanta wants a QB or Pitts. Cincy might take Sewell but probably Chase. This is one of the more interesting drafts because there are so many good options and I cant really pin point one or another.
This is a FACT:
1-3 will be QBs. The Jets and San Francisco didn't move up to get receiver's.
The fun starts at pick #4 Atlanta. What they do effects us greatly.
