Sewell is a top player, but he has played on the left side, as has been mentioned on this board a few times. There is another OL who has been mentioned, and some of the draftniks are saying Rashawn Slater could be a better pick, as he played on the right side for two years, and Tua needs someone to guard his backside. I've seen some hi lites of this guy, and he just bowls the defensive player over or pushes him down the field for about five yards. Slater may be the better pick "for Miami" than Sewell.
Sorry Sam, I agree with Treasure, and I said I supported Tanny the whole time he was a Fin. He is a good QB, both for Miami and Tenn. He broke a couple of records while in Miami. He just didn't have the help he needed. Look at him in Tenn; he has talent around him and he has led the Titans to the playoffs. Bottom line, I have nothing negative to say about Tanny.
Now, as far as who would be available at pick #6? One of the three top receivers will be there. Sewell may be, but its almost a sure thing that Slater will be. Surtain should be, Parsons should be, and there are quite a few other good players available. And.... as far as receivers go, there will be quite a few in the second tier to grab.
There are rumors of Miami trading in the first round once again. Personally, I think Miami should keep number 6, but.....if they can trade back a couple of spots and pick up more picks, do it. But, I think #18 is where they would move, but again, only a couple of spots.
True, N. Harris is the top rated RB, but as I mentioned on a different post, I like J. Williams. He is shorter than Harris, but he packs a wallop. I think he would be available with Miami's first pick in the second round. Use pick 18 (or lower) for another need position (Edge, LB?).
I was a tanny supporter as well...For about 5 years i called him tannehill the real deal....Until his inconsistencies at crunch time in the 4th quarter over and over....turn me off about him.

Your frustrations with him come from not knowing how the game is played.
He had a chance to go to the afc championship and what does he do?.......The same thing he did while he was here......fail miserably......But since you in love with him so much you blame the receiver falls....LOL.
The AFC championship or even the Superbowl doesn't mean anything to you. You said he had to have the MVP in the Superbowl. Why? Because you are more concerned with being right then anything else. Fans like you had us dump him because they couldn't see the forest through the Trees. You put yourself and your ego over what was best for the Miami Dolphins.
And you know what? I wouldn't blame you for not rooting for him while he was here. Many here didn't. But they all admitted they were wrong about him.
This place is a forum to exchange ideas about the Miami Dolphins. I dont agree with alot of the draft picks here , some of the mock drafts....but its good to listen to others and if I'm wrong ill admit it in a year , no biggie. Its all good.
You take this way to personal, your always on the defense and I'm guessing its just a lack of intelligence. So be it.
Well Sam think about it. Every conversation we have had you give no facts , no stats , nothing. For years and you just give Tannehill more silly adjectives and make silly claims for having 1st round picks or failure. When your called out on it you say its because your wife breaks your nuts so you come here to do the same. You never listen , any conversation is a 1 way street and you cant admit when your wrong. SO....... I guess when you act like an Ahole you may get treated like one. Proof I'm not one is I have no issues with anyone else here. Just YOU.
Draft is around the corner. Hope you are happy on draft day.
Miami almost can't lose. We are good at who ever we choose at #6. That should make you happy , but you always seem to have issues somehow.
Siempre equivocado

Whatever Sam. How about you stick to the Miami Dolphins, actually make some intelligent arguments besides.....pick in the first round or you suck! Actually make sense for a change?
Let's start now. Let's see who turns into a Ahole.
Talk about foolish! Sam, you want to select either a small receiver or a tiny one at #3, and an rb -ANY rb- at #18?!? You must be joking.
P.S. I agree with what Omar Kelly said about Alabama players- Saban's Alabama players are pretty much at the ceiling that that player is likely to reach while with Saban- not much top end left for the pros.

I agree Dolphan45. Saban may be a bag of douche cream......but hes a damn fine college coach. He probably does get the best out of them as shown by all the championships. I hope TUA is the exception .

Interesting take by Omar, I hadn't heard that before but, there may be a hint of truth to it. Now Tua wants to be surrounded by his former team mates who are on record as preferring to catch passes thrown by Mac Jones. Maybe there's something to that spiral spin direction thingee.
Unfortunately, Grier may have gotten a bit too cute with the trades and may have maneuvered us out of contention for the elite pass catchers in Chase and Pitts and we may have to settle for Waddle or Ted Ginn part Deux. Has anybody heard whether Smith does any kick-off or punt returns?
