The Bucs are Superbowl Champs. Guess what they did in last years draft Sam?

"Bucs Make Bold, Right Move in 1st Round of 2020 NFL Draft

Tampa Bay made sure they got their man, adding a talented protector for Tom Brady and company."

The head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers made another bold move alongside general manager Jason Licht in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft, trading a fourth-round pick to move up one spot for Iowa offensive tackle Tristan Wirfs.

It may seem like a steep price to pay for just a one-slot swap, but Licht and Arians saw the perfect prospect sliding down the board, and they weren't about to risk getting sniped by a trade offer from another team.

That said I still hope PITTS is there at #6. Good chance another team grabs Sewell.....but if not thats an outstanding Selection.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

Currently, I believe that the net positive impact to our team of either Pitts or Chase in the #6 spot would be more than that of Sewell. But, I have to admit that a good part of that is due to counting on our 2nd-yr OL players making good progress from last year. If they do, then I think the greater need is receiver.

If Sewell is the next Orlando Pace, Pitts the next Tony Gonzalez and Chase the next Larry Fitzgerald, then - again, assuming OL player development - I'd rather have Fitz or Gonzo.

That said, if Sewell is the next Pace and Pitts = Eric Ebron and Chase = Sammy Watkins (both pretty good players but not HoF), then obviously give me Sewell.

What I'm hearing is that Chase essentially has everything you'd want in a #1 receiver and Pitts is perhaps the best TE ever graded (granted the best in the game now were nowhere near 1st rounders) while some folks have cooled off a bit in their Sewell eval.

It seems like there's not a bad pick to be made at 6, so it's really more what's best for us.

Exactly. Great analysis. I'm all in for PITTS...they said he can play gigantic reciever and well as tight end. 2 for 1. Chase will be amazing also. .....

My only point above is that if Sewell is the only one available at 6.....

A) Id take him over Smith

We might not have a chance at pitts or chase because we at 6th now. Shame and dumb trade down.

Keep your lunch. There are many talented WRs in this draft, and we'll get one or two along the way. For me, the acquisition of Will Fuller put a first round WR on the back burner. I'm not crazy about the idea of taking a lineman in the first after last year's haul, but I'm not totally adverse to the idea either. Personally, I think an edge rusher might be the best choice. I think that your O- and D- lines are the heart of your team, and we must be as sure as we can be that these are consistently serviceable.

BINGO. Truth bomb there. Heart and Soul. Right now my favorite Dolphin Is OGBAH. Better re sign him! Penai Sewell would make Miami instantly better on the Pass Rush and the running game.

But someone as Dynamic as PITTS only comes along every decade or so.

We cant go wrong. Every option has merit. None are completely wrong. The only good argument against taking a player is for Devonta Smith. He's just too skinny to be a sure thing.......but his potential could be through the roof so I wouldn't be crying if we took him at 6 either.

If DeVonta Smith is your worst option .......the 2021 draft is a good place to be at #6!!!!

We might be stuck with an ol with the 6th pick while chase and them become hall of famers. Good job trading down miami. You are a bunch of idiots.

Does Hall of Famers = Superbowls? eye rolling smiley

Your Boy Randy Moss , No Ring.

Larry Fitzgerald......No Ringo

Tim Brown, Calvin Johnson, Sterling Sharpe.....Na Da.

I'm not sure if you really are just that ignorant or your just stubborn refusing to admit it. But a first round stud doesn't make a Superbowl team. Several dont. Why are the same teams at the bottom year after year despite getting the better picks?

I have to stop asking you how stupid can you be? Because I thinking your taking it as a challenge. drinking smiley

Looking at Mock updates, our pick dependent on.Atl and Cincy

Does Atl take QB, trade out or Pitts?
Cincy Sewell or Chase ?

Phins likely will get Pitts, Chase or Sewell

At 18 I hope we trade down a few and get a third

I would then take Jevonte Williams so we don't have to see him in Buffalo the next 5-10 years

36
50
2 Thirds

take 4 of

Humphrey Dickerson Radunz Meinerz OL
Richie Grant Andre Cisco Jevon Holland Hamsah Nasirildeen S
Jamin Davis, Joe Tryon Boogie Basham DE/LB
Chubba Hubbard, Rhamondre Stevenson, Kennedy Brooks RB

Could even give up the niners future first to get back in?

Definitely don't give up that second first rounder from The 49ers in 2023.
Thats our safety net incase TUA blows up and distingrates in the next 2 seasons.

We could use both of those and a future pick to move up and grab the next Trevor Lawrence if need be.

Keep trading down and draft 5 to 10 Olinemen....Which you love////And you going to have to eat them for lunch and be out of playoffs while chase and them become superstars..

But i will come back and stick it in your face....Just like stuck in you face your dislike of watson and your dislike of that great current ravens qb.

I will stick it in your face once again....A big DUMB sign right on your forehead

Again ....its about winning losing an argument with you. If Sewell is drafted you will be hoping for his demise , you just proved it in your statements above. You care selfishly more about being right then the Miami Dolphins.

On top of that you are always consistently wrong. 99% of the time. You just have no common sense and can't be humble enough when wrong to carry on an intelligent conversation.

I always put Miami first and happily admit when I'm wrong when it benefits the team. You need to get a life Bro. STFU ,be humble , support this team. being wrong is OK but when you double triple down you just look really really sad.

Sad.

What were you right about? We already had a Pro bowl QB at the time. Lamar Is Great.....he was never projected to be much and you only fell in love after he excelled. Stop it. Your kidding no one. Next your Going to tell us how much you loved Herbert. " I told you so !!" Lol.......

Let's face it , you hate me more then you love the Miami Dolphins. That's the big difference between us. I couldn't give a Taco fart about you. I'm in your head so bad you just can't stand to see me right....so you double triple down the opposite way. You pray for players to fail so much .....like Tannehill, you psychologically can't handle it when your wrong and refuse to admit it. That's why you double triple down after all his success. Its actually quite amusing. God are you ignorant. drinking smiley

So let's get it on record now. If Miami gets lucky who is your favorite reciever and why?

Mine is Pitts.

I've explained why already several times.

I only speak the truth..i never said i like herbert before the draft stop putting words in my mouth..

I did want us to draft lamar jackon..even on draft day i said he still available...you then went on to say he was never going to ammount to anything in the nfl. I wanted to trade up to take watson but you went on again how bad a qb watson was going to be.

I didnt want herbert but i didnt want burrow let the record show. Didnt see herbert play in college. I did see many times watson and ljackson play.

I never ever said that. Please look back , its all archived. Thats why I can look back and prove it every time you lie.

I said " we already have a great QB in Tannehill " let's get him some help.

I was against drafting ANY QB in the first round at that time with Tannehill on the Rooster. So stop lying. And He left and went on to greatness (comeback player of the year, started in the Probowl, best stats in the NFL.)And you can't man up because you have rasin nuts.

Hey I only mention your wife because you brought that up. She beats you so you come here and let out your frustration. Those are your words, not mine. If thats a sore spot I won't mention it again.

And to show you how wrong you are again.....Tannehill won many games for us. Comeback wins, the Miami Miracle. But your so full of hate for me your brain just won't allow you to see it. Your so wrong but your psychosis has a self defense mode that actually blocks reality. Nothing you say makes sense because your only goal is to be right. And your the exact opposite.

I'm not going to continue arguing with a poor sick abused man . The people here spoke loud and clear last season at this time they don't want to see this.

So you win. Enjoy the rest of your day ....get baby lotion. Put it on your forearms so when your wife hits you you can make the blows slide off.

Bye Sam. Good luck.
