This is a moderated phorum for the CIVILIZED discussion of the Miami Dolphins. In this phorum, there are rules and moderators to make sure you abide by the rules. The moderators for this phorum are JC and Colonel.
So, what's going on? Shots fired at the home of Xavien's ex agent and the X man has been implicated. So far he has refused to cooperate with police.
What will the Dolphins do? What will the NFL do?
How's that character and locker room culture thing working out?
When you refuse to grant the police an interview then you raise the spectre of guilt. It falls under the heading of refusing to cooperate, it doesn't look good on your record. Nothing to do with dignifying a dispute but more to do with something to hide. If you have an alibi, put it out there. This is serious stuff.
Evidently he was at the scene, as a witness at least but refuses to be interviewed by police. Possibly trying to protect somebody or prevent a round of finger pointing or a " he said she said" situation.

Pretty sure the cornerstone of our system is innocent until proven guilty. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT because anything you say may be used against you.
I'm sure he has an attorney advising him. Doesn't matter how it looks. Only what they can prove. Ask OJ.
Innocent until proven guilty? What a quaint concept. True but only if you have money. If you can't make your bail then be prepared to enjoy your innocence in jail awaiting trial.
That's the cornerstone of our legal system,, money talks.
Xavien has the money now but, remembers when he didn't hence, his mistrust towards the police.

Didn't know we were discussing the entire system.
I'm discussing Howard and the accusations made , You mentioned his non corporation and how that may bring him some trouble and the team.
He has the right to remain silent. We all do. And that shouldn't ever be held against you.
