i agree kinda hard when the min sentance is what 3 years in jail so about 9 to 12 months or so, and about a year pobation or somthing stupid is what he is going to get and at his age, say bye bye to nfl plax. thanks for the one great year in fantasy land!!!

Plaxico now has a lawyer saying he can get Plax on the field and playing in 2009. Don't know how, don't know how he avoids an NFL suspension.

I think it might be more than 4 games. I think it might be an 8 game suspension. Shooting a gun off in public isn't somel ittle 4 game PED violation

whats wrong with shooting a gun in public, lol seriously if he would have just paid the minut amount of money and went to a corse or two, he could have had his concealed and class 3 license and this prob would all have been avoided. i recomend everyone here go do that, before its to late, and with a class 3 you can pretty much go anywhere with a gun, and check into state laws its facinating.

Plax crossed state lines with the gun (NJ to NY). That was his biggest crime. And he pissed off the mayor. Big no-no.

see another BS law making people's lives more complicated, i for one am all for legal law abiding zitizns the righ to cary hand guns, but that idiot had the time and money to get a class 3 license, which all of this would have been avoided. and f.ck the prosecution for executing a man's right to bear arms. this is stupid and ridiculous, im mad. more government control TO CONTROL YOU AND YOU AND ME AND everyone else. this whole thing is BS BS BS BS. and i cant wait to that gun law changes. the prob is, gang bangers carry them regardless of law's but i bet there would be alot less crime if alot more people could carry them without being harrassed or illegal.

That is the whole point right there! If Burress wanted to carry a gun, he should have gotten a license. He has the means to do it! Get it licenced in both states or don't carry a gun.
