Herbet and the Chargers come to town to face the Dolphins. Game starts around 4pm EST.

The offensive was a bit unbalanced with a weak running game and hopefully Sunday's effort will be a little stronger than last week. If the offensive line can open a few more holes and more turf is gained on each run, that should open things up for the receivers.

Tua continues to build confidence, IMO, and that makes him a threat in the air and a problem for defenders. I know we are all looking for another successful outing for him and another big win for the Dolphins.

After recent wins over the Rams and Cardinals, games that the talking heads expected us to lose, it would be a let-down if we didn't win.

This Dolphins team has a different feel to it. Unlike years past, this team doesn't choke in prime time games and this team wins the games it's supposed to win. We're favored to win for only the second time this season.

That bad snap hurt but it sure looks nice to be in the lead in the throwback unis. Let's put this game away in the 2nd half, go phins!

The running game is trying. Ahmed (pronounced haachmed) kept the Chargers defense honest. Ahmed had a few good runs and came up with 85 yards (I believe).

Van Ginkle gets the game ball in my book. His blocked punt set things up for the quick TD. Van Ginkle also brought plenty of QB pressure as did Ogbah and Seiler.

Grant continues to impress wherever he plays. X. Howard's difficulties on the field last Sunday were not present this Sunday and his interception of Herbert stopped the Chargers' momentum.

It is always good to watch a new QB and wonder if he is going to be successful. Herbert is a very good rookie QB and will be a guy we'll see play for many years, I believe.

Tua continues to impress, not so much with stats at this point, but his accuracy is exceptional. I personally don't think that play calling was all that deceptive this game I expected and hoped for more play action and more use of the TEs. Yet, the TD toss to TE Smythe was a very smart play and executed perfectly by the entire team--just not enough use of the TEs to keep drives alive.

The Dolphins are 6-3 and face the Broncos next week. The team is on a roll and all of us should be very pleased.

Phins can win 9-10 games

That was some Hail Mary to give the Cards that win. I hope we can keep being competitive, we are within reach but it won't be easy.

Anybody you put at the rb position works well with the phins.

Reminds me of new england when any player you put at oline worked out for them.

Is it the scheme flores brought from ne?

All i know is everything is working out well for the phins.

We have a lot of players playing well. And the outcome will give us many wins.

I think its possible we can win 10 games in 2020

I think Flores is the best HC we've had in a very long time Sam. He's managed to turn this team into ballers in every aspect of the game. I'm going to say it, he's a keeper.

The most important thing is the players play hard for him. And he puts them in a position to succeed.

We have 7 games left and 4 of those games are against sub .500 teams'
I would be disappointed if we didn't win 10 games.

I'd be disappointed too, especially after watching what this team is already capable of doing. I have to admit that I set my expectations for this team very low before the season started but this total rebuild has been remarkably successful. And now that Tua has the helm and is 3-0 as a rookie starter, I'm REALLY spoiled.

We all set our expectations low because we've been down this road before too many times and had our hopes and dreams shattered too many times but, this time feels different. The stench of Philbin and Gase has finally worn off, Flo is a breath of fresh air.
The team no longer wilts in prime time. Games that we are supposed to win,, we win. Games where we are expected to lose, we normally win.
This team is teasing us with glimpses of what the future holds, rewarding us for hanging in there all these years.
This year we will in all likelihood make the play-offs and, it won't feel like a fluke like in 2016.
We've already crushed one of last year's Superbowl teams and I believe we have the defense capable of giving Mahomes bad dreams.

I dont know what the secret it. Nobody has been able to turn this around until flores came to town.

I dont know what is is but he has that it factor that coaches need to succeed in this league including the respect of his players and other coaches.

He is the entire oppossite of the jets head coach. Which is so irrelevant to us now that i even forgot his name.
