Just the type of attitude he has, the grit he has, the competitiveness he has. I mean, who doesn’t want to play for a coach like that? He’s ready to go all the time, and he brings that same energy each and every day. That’s what you want as a coach; and as a player, that’s who I want to play for.”
I can relate to that ......At work here most of us dont mind working in a busier district , more calls if we get the right supervisor to work for. Having a good "boss" means everything.
From the looks of the free agency pick ups......The NFL is starting to LOVE Miami again. An excellent sign of progress.
GO DOLPHINS!!!!

I'm optimistic that Flores has what it takes to be the HC we've been waiting a long time for. Whatever he and Grier decide to do with the draft tomorrow I'll support it, provided they don't sell the house and barn to move up to get a QB of course. This team has other needs to fill.
Who ever we pick is going to do well because i truly believe we have the right coaches and instructors in place. Some player said this organization was toxic and it makes a lot of sense. Nothing seemed to go right for the dolphins in the past. Players drafted didnt excell. Schemes and plays werent drawn to take advantage of drftees ability. Etc etc.
