jlyell13 while I have never been a fan of trading up in a draft if we sent our three first rounders to Cincinnati for #1 and #33 I would do it. Although the numbers would suggest a trade more like #1 and #65. Maybe we could throw in Rosen to get the #1 and #33 trade done.
So in essence do you think Cincinnati would take our three first rounders and Rosen for #1 and #33 heck throw in Andy Dalton too(I am sure he could use some new scenery). I am good with it.
astro34 the 3 2020 is close, could throw in Risen or move him for a pick and include that, or our first 2 in 20 and first in 21 as we have the Texan first.
You miss 100% of the shots you dont take.
If Tuas medical checks come back positive we could see 2 teams try to jump us to 3 and 4 to take Tua and Herbert. Chargers definitely 1. Keep an eye on Herbert and Jordan Love at the combine. How they show could change things. Remember the Cards jumped us to get Rosen

I know someone will move around in the draft , but my mock draft this morning (without trades) ended up this way:
#5 Jeffery Odukah CB Ohio State (Simmons was gone already)
#18 Justin Herbert QB Oregon
#26 Yetur Gross-Matos Edge Penn St.
#39 Isaiah Wilson OT Georgia
#56 Tyler Biadasz C Wisconsin
# 70 Cam Akers RB FSU
#142 Ezra Cleveland G Boise St.
#162 Antonio Gandy-Golden WR Liberty
#173 Alohi Gilman S Notre Dame
#185 Bryce Sterk Edge Montana St.
#197 Michael Divinity Jr. LB LSU
#202 Josiah Coatney DL Mississippi
#246 Victor Johnson OT App St.
#251 Michael Turk P Arizona St.
I and sure the draft won't go this way but would love for it to somehow shake out this way, assuming we don't move up to get Burrow.
Astro34 dont think Herbert will last to 18, Love likely gone also and how can you not take an RB
higher we have the worst backfield in the NFL. Maybe we will sign Damian Williams or Kenyan Drake in FA?
AGG likely gone before 162

I just went with how the draft shook out. Planned on Fromm in the second round but when Herbert was there I took him because of value there. As for running back I planned on taking one earlier but when Wilson was there I had to get him and could not pass on Biasdasz in that spot. Akers is a good back, and I figured if I fixed the OL then he would be a food addition. Drake sucked with Miami but got a decent line and looked good. Thought AGG was a great pick where he landed, I like the sixth and seventh rounds for added depth and think Johnson could be good at G, took a punter because he is good and could save a few $$$ if he beat out our punter.
THE NEXT BIG FOOTBALL event is the draft in April.
Thus the draft is a legitimate subject.
If there is one subject more likely to produce heat THAN (MEANING BESIDES) which players that should be playing is....... wait for it...........wait for it.........IT IS WHO SHOULD BE TAKEN ON TO THE TEAM AND WHO SHOULD NOT.
So with the combination of the ABSENCE of games and the presence of an natural argument MAKER like the draft........................it doesn't take a high IQ to realize that arguments are going to get heated.
Now some people cannot argue without getting personal.
When one guy gets personal, the other guy is going to get personal back at him.
Attacking a player favored by a poster and even ragging on that poster for supporting that player is really NOT getting personal because it only attacks that other poster's analytical skills.
But what IS getting personal is calling a person an idiot or a NON American or implying that because of his resident state or the fact that he does not attend games at the local stadium, that he is NOT a fan, that is uncalled for and is what should be prohibited.
I would not be opposed to the institution of rules within the guidelines that I have just mentioned.
We all have opinions and although listening to customer input is common for progressive companies, not sure sports teams do it, and many live in the lottery year after year. Approaching a 50 year phin fan , post Marino it has been tough, not a great talent evaluation record. A huge opportunity in 2020-2021, but have to hit on picks and FA and rebuild like Lynch and the Niners have

An interesting CBS post has Skins taking Tua. Could be smoke to get picks would drop Chase young to 3, Expect Lions would take unless they feel Young is Suh revisited or trade down also. Projects 4 QB in top 6 picks. I could see QB going 1 and 3,4,5 some via trade up for Tua and after Murray could see Skins go after Tua. If Tua 2, Chargers move to 3 for Herbert , that leaves Okudah, Young, Wirfs, wills, Bechton, Simmmons and Love avail 4-9 for Phins
I see some Randall Cunningham in love,

Still sticking pat at #5...no trade ups from that position...and still sticking to earlier list with one addition due to Thompson staying for his senior year.
RT: Isaiah Wilson
LT: Mekhi Becton
DE: Curtis Weaver
OLB: Isaiah Simmons
ILB: Erroll Thompson ( out ) , Clay Johnston ( in if med. cleared )
OL: Tristan Wirfs
My list is not in any particular draft order...just my fav guys to see in Aqua and Orange. No QB in round 1 leaves us the chance to land a stud at 5 and more than likely no dud at 18.
Agreed on RB. Forgot to add Akers from earlier post in other thread.
Tough call on where to grab AG. Free agency QB moves by others will provide a better picture. If they trade down the 5 to some desperate team wanting Herbert/Love whoever's left for us there... use one of those gimme picks and just get it done.
Also I know Spurrier was drafted the same year as Griese
As I remember, the Miami fans wanted Spurrier who I believe went to college in Florida. Of course, I was at Purdue with Griese and Leroy Keyes who went to Cleveland later.
It means that following your faulty logic (really illogic) you are basically arguing that although Marino and Elway and Kelley were drafted high, Marino and Kelly were worthless to their franchises because only Elway got a ring.
FACT. Marino , ELWAY , Kelly the greatest QB class of all time had only 2 championships , both won by A running back. THATS A fact Jack. Not a theory, no logic implied. You are implying very untutored logic because your house of cards draft logic depends on 1 basis.. a QB.
