I don't think Tannehill was main the reason we won the game, either.
But he was at the helm during the game winning drive. So that counts as a 4th quarter comeback for him, in the same way that a shovel pass where the receiver gets 75 yards after catch counts as a 75 yard TD pass. An inflated statistic.
