What's even worse is that they committed 20 million of the cap in 2018 to the extensions given to Branch and Alonso. Who would you rather have, Landry or Branch and Alonso? It's not even close. These are the decisions that will set a franchise back years.
So trading for an injury prone de on the decline is ok at 12mm/yr but we can't keep the wr we drafted for 14?
We're building our team a$$ backwards. We use the draft as FA and vice versa. What happened to drafting and resigning your own? Use fa to fill gaps.
We create more holes than we fill each year. This team is in dire need of a complete rebuild and it begins in the FO. Get rid of Grier and his incompetent scouting staff. Fire Tannenbaum and then fire this clueless coaching staff. Bring in Jim Harbaugh and let him pick his gm.
I fully expect us to mortgage most of our draft and a first next year to move up for Saquon Barkley.

Yes. And they knew Landry was coming up. He hinted 2 years ago about a contract. MFers.

He goes to NE Tom Brady does another 3-5 yrs easy. Perfect receiver for what he does. It would kill us.
The management of this team is absolutely pathetic. I will call it now that this team won't even earn a wildcard playoff spot this upcoming season.
We're like a family here with a problem child who has an addiction for losing. Unfortunately we're powerless to have an intervention so sadly the only thing I can do is walk away and spend another season without an interest in football. It used to be really fun being a Dolphins fan but now it's nothing but frustration year after year.

My sentiments exactly. I have absolutely no expectation that next year will be any different than last year. Not only do I believe they won't make the playoffs, I strongly doubt they have double digit wins. I'd say 6 wins is the over-under mark for this train-wreck.
