1) Tom Baby & Company were 0 for 11 on third down conversions. That is HUGE. I think they had at least one 3rd and 1 and could not even convert that. If you can take away third down conversions from the Patsies then you are really defending well. I'm not a statistics nut but that one really stood out.
2) on a lesser and lighter note, did anyone notice the touchdown celebration Landry did after his second TD (the one where he caught the ball in the center of the end zone about 1 yard deep)? He put the ball on the ground and "pumped" the football with his hands
. Maybe someone deflated it earlier? I wonder how many others noticed that? Again I'm not a big fan of TD celebrations but that made me laugh.
