I guess you missed the first 5 games of the season? And.....there is a slight difference between the QB position and CB. And......If I remember correctly Tannehill did quite well out of the gate. He set franchise rookie records for passing yards, attempts, and completions..........Just sayin drinking smiley

Lippet was horrible and now is considered Elite at the position. Joseph was a big part of that. Thats my point. We haven't had good coaching in a long while here. Thats why we are in the playoffs despite all the injuries. Lower Tier players are picking up the slack like never before.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

I honestly don't see Joseph as being ready for a head coaching gig. He's been a position coach and only a coordinator for one year. Denver seems to be zeroing in on him though. If he goes, I'd like to see some thought given to either Mike Vrabel or John Butler with the Texans. Both are well-regarded, young and Houston's defense has been pretty steady.

See your points, I dont like seeing the word sucked used w/ Phins players these guys bust their asses to make this team what it is.

To say that Lippett is "elite" is a bit of a stretch. I think he may have a high ceiling but Richard Sherman is an example of elite. He needs to work on his tackling which is understandable given his short time on defense. I have high hopes for him but the jury is still out on how high his ceiling is.

I've heard that if Joseph goes, The new DC is already on staff. The LBs coach I think. The guy who failed to teach how to take proper angles, gap assignments, and covering backs in the flat. That guy.

The LB coach in his defense has limited talent to work with. Misi and Jenkins are two most injury prone LB I have seen. I think 3 of the were undrafted. (At least 2 were).

Sorry to see Vance go. This is a dysfunctional organization so as well as the great opp, one cannot blame him.

McDermott is also hired as new Bills H/C.

Colonel, I never thought Joseph would be hired as HC due to his inexperience and results of his D this past season.
