Congrats to Matt! Stand up guy who has never been a whiner in his backup role. So proud to have a team player like him and props to Miami for keeping him here, he is worth every penny. Sure is nice to have a backup QB with a great attitude AND moxie
808, even you don't know just how right you are. Read the wiki on him. How he even bounced around colleges waiting for his turn. The guy is incredible. What he has in his makeup is worth more than gold.
Great game none the less . My whole family was on the end of the couch, screaming yelling...what a fantastic game that has ended differently in the past.

Can I ask exactly what your proud of ?
He did his job.....but he is just part of a Team.
And if your proud of Tannehill ever you have a funny way of showing it.
It's a Team sport. The mindset is everything. I agree a QB sets that.maybe even feeds off it. But a QB can't win alone.
I just find it amusing you give Tannehill such shit, and you are praising Moore for barely doing his job.

He won 8 games , 6 in a row, you gave him shit every step of the way.
Moore won barely 2. And you a Chyren have been running around like tornado in a trailer park.
I ask you what has changed? Why so excited? Yesterday's win , although exciting, was as ugly as it gets. Everything we said Matt Moore was.
You say you just want Tannehill to do well. A 6 game winning streak is not well? I'm confused Sam.
How many bombs did he throw, a few 4th quarter wins, Tannehill even took out a linebacker one game. That's not deer in the headlights where I come from.
Whyou can't you just admit you were dead wrong and move on already? Thats what men do.
Yesterday was a bad day for the Raiders & Titans with both teams losing their starting QB. More so for the Raiders who have a rookie backup. They're definitely in a far worse situation than we are at that position.

Put the bottle down.
Think about it. If Franks hadn't made that 55 yarder in the wind , we lose because Moore didnt do enough to win. THE TEAM DID. Your whole argument is based on bias optimism just to de legitimatize Ryan Tannehill.
For 5 yrs Tannehill has had a coach who let bad kicks, dropped passes and horrible line play dictate the kind of QB Ryan Tannehill is.
Your a Joke Sam Sam. 2 weeks? Give me a break. 5 YEARS Moore hasnt started for a reason. Wake up and stop being an ignorant sad fool.

Anyone who thinks that Tanny had a firmer grip on the QB position than Moore is delusional.
Even in his best performances he was shaky at best.
A deer in the headlights.
I have no doubts that he can throw a better deep ball.
Problem is, that, for Tannehill, takes absolute pass protection and not a hint of thought on the part of the defensive line that the all will be handed off to Jay. If they are certain Tannehill will be passing, they know they have about a full hour to get to him, Tannehill that is.
(1) In 2015 Ryan Tannehill took 2.57 seconds from snap to throw.
This was the FOURTH QUICKEST in the league behind Peyton Manning at 2.51 seconds, Matt Hasselbeck at 2.5 seconds and Tom Brady at 2.49 seconds.
EVERYONE else in the league took longer to throw.
What this tells us is that these teams' offensive lines were not blocking very well or that the plays called were taking longer to develop.
(2) Ryan Tannehill's average time to being sacked was 2.48 seconds...this was the THIRD QUICKEST in the league...telling us the same things we learned from (1) above.
Our O-line was THE problem not RT holding the ball too long...
I couldn't find the 2016 numbers but I'll keep looking...I'll wager RT did better in the time to sack measure.
Get off of the deer in the headlights shtick because it isn't correct.

A little both I believe. Don't worry, it's been too good a week for it to bother me.don't know why I'm even bothering to tell you the truth.

Cap, I don't understand how that comment is fair. If the roles were reversed and Moore had been our long time starter and gotten injured and Tanny won the next game, would you be saying that any other person who was reluctant by instinct to put an injured Moore back in would just be trying to get under someone's skin????????

Capcoi if you didnt know.....And for your information tannehill is hurt...
Yes i believe what i say because it is the truth and only the truth.
Tannehill is not going to play well hurt....He struggles sometimes even when he was healthy.....
Not saying this because i think he is a bad qb....Not at all.
