It is GREAT news to know that he won't require surgery. RT17 is one helluva tough athlete at the QB position. Nice to know he'll still have his wheels when he recovers. Get well Tannehill!

First off, WHEW..no surgery needed is HUGE.
Local (to Boston) article I just read guessed that Tanny might be back in time for week 17 or first week of playoffs, if we make it to the postseaon
If that pans out, old timers among us will realize that this is yet another parallel to the Morrall/Griese history, as Griese returned from his injury in the 1972 season during the second half of the AFC Championship. Would be amazing if Tannehill returned during the playoffs...and led us all the way!

I've heard multiple reports along the same lines. RT will play if we get in. Mark my words.
According to the NFL broadcast last night, Tannehill's MCL is torn off the bone. I am not a doctor, but it seems pretty unlikely that he will be back before the regular season ends.

Exactly. See ya next Pre season Ryan. Get well your our future. Gase did well with Moore as well, he played well damn his throws have no zip. They are placed well but seem to hang way too long for my liking.
