I was a doubter but Tannehill is coming along well. The last game went a long way with me. Im for bringing him back in 2017 now. I still had my doubts 4 games ago.

Yeah , you have a deer in headlights look when your running becuase you have no blocking.
Ha, Ha, I disagree. You have a deer in the headlights look when you are in the pocket, three seconds have passed, all your receivers are covered, and you don't throw the ball into the cheap seats at the stadium. And most of all, when you don't roll out like you really never got to do last year but what you are doing a helluva lot more of this year.

I understand what you are saying, Chryen, but if RT is in the pocket and sees no receivers open, if he throws the ball in the cheap seats (your words) then he is getting hit with a 15-yard penalty. He has to be out of the pocket to do that.
What I think you are trying to say is if he doesn't see anyone open, to get out of the pocket and hopefully make a play or throw it away.
Sometimes he will be able to get out of the pocket, other times he won't.

Ever since that penalty came into effect, NFL quarterbacks have learned the art of throwing the ball away without seeming to throw it away.

Couldn't be more right.......And while been a deer in the healights....He took a 10 yard loss, therefore drive over.
Throw the dam ball away man. Who cares about the rating.
Because thats the only explanation i give it....He dont want the rating to go down with the incomplete pass.
Why hurt his team like that with all those yard loses.
He needed coaching. All Philbin did is not believe in him. Last Sunday you saw the REAL Ryan Tannehill. The one I've been telling you existed if he just was put in a position to succeed. GASE is making a difference with the whole team. Doing a great job.........we might even make a playoff run like I told you we would.
GO DOLPHINS!!!!

I agree TCP, but wasnt there a contingent around here that were saying Gase was the next coming of Cam Cameron... They sure got quite with that garbage pretty quick...

That TD pass RT threw to Parker against the Rams was absolutely a perfect throw. Doing that under pressure is a sign of a qb with the clutch gene. I think RT, thanks to Gase and company, is finally realizing his full potential.

It's a known medical fact.....when a man's sports team wins, Thier sex drive is elevated. My wife will attest to that.
Thank you for bringing your wife into it. I feel a lot better when something like that is discussed on an all male board and at least some mention of a woman is included. Otherwise...it is weird.

The whole team has a spark that hasn't been seen in Miami in quite a while.
The OL had a hand in Miami's first TD. The spark I mentioned is what got the guys to Landry to "help" him get in the end zone. I got a kick out of that. The only time I laughed through the whole game.
Yes, they did block very well the final two drives, giving RT enough time to find his receivers. We all must give them credit for "holding the fort." But, that is their job. Gotta hold them to the same standards as RT, Sam.
