Lazor was actually another hire w/ very little experience in the position he was hired for. I thought he had more experience as an OC taking another look at his bio we should not have hired this guy in the first place.

This guy is going to hire anyone who impresses him.

Remember how he harped on how much he personally liked Philbin.

Now, even if you say Philbin was the greatest coach in history, you at least have to concede that Philbin was probably the last guy in the world you would call likable.

Expecting even competence in hiring from Ross is insane.

And YES Wayne Huizenga was a FAR BETTER OWNER than Stephen Ross.
