Campbell said this week, that Tannehill has not been running and 1/2 the offensive playboy hasn't been utilized. He said that's going to change this week. We might see more plays like last week's when Tanehill was actually a reciver. thumbs up

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

Great, trick plays eye rolling smiley. Why don't we just try the fumble ruskie or the statue of liberty. Sorry, if that's what we are resulting to it just means we don't have talent at the right positions. FIRE LAZOR NOW! He got rid of Coyle and our D has played better, even with injuries. WHO does LAZOR have nude pics of???

Lazor learned this from Chip Kelly and we all know Chip is a legend in his own mind.

To me opening the playbook means letting the QB put us in a position to succeed. Taking advantage of obvious mismatches not running gadget plays.

He is not a pocket qb but i wish he had the balls to throw the ball like andrew luck. And whatever happens happens..

At least we would have a fighting chance instead of sitting in the pocket and wait to get sacked like he does.

The wet firecracker just doesnt have it in him.

He rather get the sack and avoid the incompletion so he can get a better rating. BS.

I sense a lot of frustration by our posters here on what they are writing. :-)

Anyway, I can't think of any QB in the NFL, since the league started way back when, that wants to get sacked. Is a sack preferrable over an int? Yep.

Sure, instead of a sack, we all would prefer the QB just throw the ball away, but there are times when that is not possible...feet not set, getting hit...leads to an int.

You guys have read what RT is up against...not allowed to audible; at the most, has two plays he can call, depending on what the defense gives him. Pretty hard to avoid a sack when he knows it is coming and he can't audible out of it.

RT can and has done just fine in the pocket. Can any of you give stats as to how often he completes passes from the pocket? I bet you would be surprised at the success rate.

Anyway, Miami straightens out all its other problems, I can (almost) guarantee that RT will do just fine and the complaints/criticisms will cease.

Not easy being a QB.

Fact: since drafted Tanehill has not had a competent Oline.

Yet he is judged against QBs who have had much better lines.AND YOU KNOW WHAT? He still hasn't done half bad.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

And what about our run defense?

The 2-7 Cowboys ran wild over us.

Shameful.

Where the F are our linebackers? Do we have any?

Suh can't do it all.

Tannehill, misses to many open receivers. We will have the same decision niners had with Kaepernick, to expensive to keep

Tannehill sucks because the line is bad...or the line sucks because Tannehil is bad...hmmmm

All of the team sucks. Everything. but Tanny is the main component. If I said it once I'll say it a million times, when he rolls out, he is a decent to better than average QB. Despite the multiple times he sits in the pocket, only in one of a million times will he complete a pass. I want someone who taped the game to go back and compare those times......that means (this time he was in the pocket and this happened but that time he rolled out and that happened).

Then comeback and post the comparison.

If there is, as I suspect, a substantial advantage in the "roll out Ryan" then yes, Campbell is an idiot too because he has failed to see or understand the difference. So yes, JSM08, we only received momentary relief by firing Philbin.

Wilson has a horrible OL, yet they have made it to a couple Super Bowls.

There are a lot of calls that are parallel to the line of scrimmage or behind it, I dislike those calls.

Treasure, some posters here don't give a damn about how poorly other positions have been playing...RT is the culprit!

Our defense allows a Dallas runner to gain a first down on a 3rd and 15 play...ON A RUN!

It's RT's fault.

And both positions suck because the defense is bad...and our special teams suck. hmmmmm

Oh, BTW, the play calling also sucks. hmmm...

Its not all tannehills fault but when he has the chance of making a big play at the end of games....He stinks up the joint.

Its not all his fault but a lot of our sucking is on him.

Our defense gave up a Td.........And tannehill gave them 7 points by throwing a pick 6......

The entire team sucks. Including the wet firecracker.

Lots of bad positions on this team. And QB is one of them.

You are correct, Sam, that the whole team sucks (which I said in a rant earlier) but you continue to point out RT, which you did above.

Sure, he threw a pick six, but I am sure that every QB in the NFL has done the same thing at one time or another.

I always look at cause-and-effect. RT would not have been in that position if other factors would have played out right. I am not giving RT a pass - he shouldn't have stared down his receiver, but it happened. The game was tied later and RT was playing well. MANY other factors played into this loss.

Hard to constantly get first downs when it is 3rd and long, and penalties usually got the Miami offense into that hole. That is not on RT.

I was hoping Fox would do a good job, as I follow all UM players and hope they do well. He has done extremely poorly and has remained on the team only because of injuries.

Seriously, Sam, you should ease up on RT and focus on the other problems this team has.

Not to mention, we will never build a winning team without continuity.

We are one of the teams constantly blowing everything up every two or three seasons in the quest for the instant gratification brought by a new coach, regime, GM, or system.

One of the many reasons why the Pat's are so good is simply that...consistency. What they do never changes despite coach, player, injury or front office turnover.

Until we stay the course and grow some patience as a franchise and as a fan base we will stay on this treadmill.

Sorry. He's human. MARINO threw Int's also , and he had Richmond Webb.Tanny @#$%& up.In the first Qtr he threw a bad one.But....he came right back, shook it off and got us right back in the game.

Our defense gave up 1st down after 1st down. Our defense is the wet ones. Tanny dried off and was effective after the first Qtr.he played well enough to win the game, our defense owns this one.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!
