After watching the first three games, it's just hard for me to see why the coaches don't get this.

Tannehill is much better in a 2min offense and it caters to lazor's style. It also will make up for our protection problems. Finally, Tannehill is actually a better thrower on the run, so move him around like the Bills did with Taylor.

On defense it's simple...Suh draws double and triple coverage...just blitz where they aint!

I just don't get why Philbin and company can't see this!

I think if we lose to Jets...it's time to fire Philbin and Coyle and promote Lazor to head coach.

I truly believe it's Philbin holding the players and coaches back because he is not an aggressive personality and you see the leack of aggression on both sides of the ball.

As in the work place, the team reflects the boss/manager

it sure sounds easy but our coaches have a system and if it doesn't work there are no adjustments.

i read some of coyle's presser transcript. that guy sounds totally lost. he can't adjust from his plan even when the opponent is doing the opposite.

i was embarrassed for him. he really sounded stupid.
