This philosophy of the quick passing attack against the Bills isn't exactly a revelation. Miami used the same strategy in the second meeting last year when we beat them.

Thats bad i thought we were doing better than that in pass protection..

I know we are probably 32nd in run blocking.

This dolphins OLine is a mess.

Sam, I hope you are right in that the Bills' DBs will play closer to Dolphins receivers. Will give RT more of a chance to go deep. Even if he connects on only 50%, that will back off the DBs, which, of course, will open up the short game.

Miami's receivers have enough speed to beat any DB that plays up close.

A pretty 'Select Stat' after just 2 games wouldn't you say? I mean his carer rating is 83. If stats can't rank our OLine accurately after 2 games why do you keep trumpeting that one? lol.

I gave you the OLine stats because you said ours was horrible and the reason for Tannehills struggles to get us into the endzone. The stats show it's not the worst, not by far and that there ARE other QB's who have as good or better stats in one category or another whose OLine pass protection is ranked worse or about the same as ours. But truly, the only stat that I care about is this, Since Ryan Tannehill has been our starting QB - 2012 7-9, 2013 8-8, 2014 8-8, 2015 1-1, no playoffs.

I know, I know, If we had this or that or the other thing...If we were the '85 bears Tannehill looks like Montana...whatever. He's on year 4, what we see is what we have and I just haven't seen Tannehill look like an elite QB.

All those Qb's you are bemoaning and asking who I would rather have? Any of them, might as well, because while they might not makes us any better, they wouldn't make us any worse either. Thats my problem with Tannehill and the last few that have come before him, they just aren't difference makers and thats what this team needs.

When is the last time you heard someone ask an opposing coach "What are you gonna do about Ryan Tannehill"? I doubt ever.

We've had 1 winning season in 10 years and haven't won a playoff game for 15.

I'm tired of our team being the 1970's Saints. So, I get on here and b1tch and moan lol. Nobody wants me to be proven wrong about Tannehill worse than me. But I wanted the same for Feeley, Henne, etc. and I was right. Most of the time what you see right in front of you is exactly what is.

Good point. I hate when our fans add on 10+ years of lack of success and losing seasons to Philbin and RTT. They had nothing to do with that and are reversing the trend. Move on! We have not had a losing season in 2 years so I don't want to hear about losing seasons. That is in the distant past.

Still wanna stick by that one? Lol...it's 27-0 and looks like the 101.7 rating WAS a 'select stat'. Was hearing grief about Luck and Mariota in the previous posts. Watched part of that game. Yea they made mistakes, threw 4 picks between them they also scored 69 points and led scoring drives when their teams needed it (with olines ranked worse than ours) it's not all Tannehill never said it was but I stick by what I said he's just not a difference maker at the most important position on the field...he's just not. 'Marino envy' yep what fan doesn't envy their team at least being relevant? 'Sour grapes' nope sour corn, distilled and aged in oak lol.. Cheers drinking smiley

I watched the Jags/Pats game. The jags olins sucks but they figured out a way to go max protect with 2 wideouts and throw deep. They did it multiple times and the wr wasn't open but had a chance to make a play on the ball. That's how you keep a d honest. commit.

Not us. We want 7 seconds from our ragtag oline.

Put Tannehill on the move its the only way to not go 3-13 Abandon 'the system' just use what MIGHT work!
