Date: April 24, 2009 09:46AM If 2010 becomes an "uncapped year" 2 huge ramifications as news of this 2010 uncapped year is starting to leak this weekend with possible trades..
1) No playoff team from 2009 heading into 2010 is allowed to sign a free agent in the offseason 2) Players eligable for free agency in 2010 must wait 2 more years!! Re: 2010 Uncapped year.......
