The suspension has nothing to do whether we beat the Pats with out without Brady in play. I am shocked that the Court overturned the 4-game suspension. The commissioner is doomed to be replaced now. Inconsistency on way too many matters.
I'm kinda over it to be honest, I wanted Brady to get his pee pee slapped but could give two squirts otherwise, I honestly would rather win the division with them at full strength than have them use the excuse "yeah but Brady missed 4 games"
When they cheat again... and they will cheat again.... I wonder what it will be? After all, there's now legal precedence that you can cheat, get caught, and not be punished. I guess the old patriot adage is right-- "if you aren't cheating, you're aren't trying."
I think it's BS that he didn't get suspended. The NFL (Goodell) butchered this one (they had their missteps.) Now I have to listen to all Patriots fan claim victory about Brady's innocence. I see the NFL is appealing the decision. I am tired of hearing about deflategate.
I am ready the season to start and I hope the Dolphins can inflict their own punishment on Brady & the Patriots this season.
BTW does anyone else think Brady has a back door contract with the Patriots. Perhaps a lucrative front office job once he retires. His current contract is 3 year / 27million. Serious he has been a $20million/ year QB for a long time now. He is average just 10million per year. I don't trust them, it seem awfully fishy to me.

This. AND they still lost 2 draft picks and a giant * over their legacy 4ever.
A precedent has now been set in a high profile case in a court of law that says, go ahead and destroy the evidence, then use lack of evidence as your primary argument of defense.
And, The players' union GAVE THE AUTHORITY to the NFL commissioner to decide on these things under their current contract. So, the lesson is, sign away whatever you want when bargaining, because you'll get it back in the courtroom.
I have not finished reading it yet but and the rest may not say. But look at it this way.
Scenario let us suppose The Colts Balls were also under inflated. Then why would the Wells Report back then not say so (that the Colts were guilty too). This was the introductory paragraph explaining the Wells Report and what the Wells Report said.
The initial findings SLAMMED the Patriots. This judge helped the Patriots so why would not he lend a hand to his final conclusion by starting off mentioning how the Colts balls were also underinflated meaning that maybe the weather did it.
But this was the introductory paragraph of the Wells Report found that the Patriots balls were underinflated. This is really old news. The report came out months ago. There was no counter publicity at the time stating that the Colts balls were anything but properly inflated so I really don't think that they (the Colts Balls) were underinflated in any way.
