Well, I wanted Tannehill also but you are right. It doesn't happen often.

I was talking to a friend when the pick came up and we both wanted Parker and we both figured we'd be disappointed.

Wow...What a great start to the draft!

I am very happy with the Parker pick. Welcome to Miami.

I had forgotten that Louisville had been so historically good to Miami with impact players like Sam Madison & Mark Clayton.

This kid has the support base and work ethic to thrive in Miami.

We now have multiple REDZONE targets. Our revised WR corp is a much better systematic fit in which all the receivers are plug and play / they all run the same routes / and can get production from all areas of the field.

GO PHINS!

SE Davante Parker
FL Kenny Stills
SL Jarvis Landry
WR4 Greg Jennings

We finally have a true #1 split end. Enough of the "we don't need a #1" crap!

End zone weapon, move the sticks, big play!

Love it!

Oh...and don't forget our TE, Jordan Cameron 6'5, 250, 4.4!!!! Another red zone weapon.

Sort of fitting that Randy Gregory went from top 3 rated player to out of the 1st round. About time these teams learned.

Re Parker, we will now find out definitively if the deep ball problem was with Wallace or Tannehill!

I would have preferred Kevin Johnson as the pick but am OK with Parker. Not as thrilled as most, but OK.

I'm so glad they didn't draft KJ! My bank account is thankful as well as now i don't have to buy a new TV because my foot would have been through it.

so far this second round has been bizarre.
Teams are swinging for the fences with long shots, except for maybe the Giants selection.

Jests select an OSU WR, we know all about how that goes.
