The Jets have now added a secondary featuring Darrell Revis, Antonio Cromartie and Buster Skrine along with Marcus Gilchrist and Calvin Pryor at safety. These guys added to one of the best front 7's in the league. Should they add a top edge rusher in the draft, they will be a formidable defense.
How do we attack this defense? Mismatch at TE with Cameron is a good option but Revis should negate Stills. Cromartie is older but still good. Not impressed by Skrine at all. he was known for giving up big plays and Landry should take advantage of that.
The Bills added weapons on offense:
Percy Harvin: Not to worried but he will make an occasional big play when and if he can get on the field.
Charles Clay: matchup nightmare. Do we have LB's and safeties to cover him?
Sammy Watkins: Gifted outside receiver.
The beefed up the line with Richie and will be improved with experience from young RT, Henderson. They will also add a guard in the draft. This will be a team that uses mismatches in the short passing game and they will run the ball A LOT with LeSean MCCoy.
I think we match up well with the running game with the addition of Suh but we will need a competent free safety and a LB'er who can run with Clay, Harvin and McCoy. Dion Jordan may be the ticket if they use him correctly. Jenkins strong point is coverage.
The Pats will be the Pats...just not as good in the secondary.
In all 3 cases, we need to beef up the o-line so we can run the ball effectively. We always hear about the up temp offense Lazor (and Philbin) want to run but it hasn't really materialized. I think you need a platoon of RB's to do this and we could use a compliment to Miller, IMO. We need a dominant guard (or two) and another RB to take the next step.
What do you think of our rivals new additions/teams?

IMO that means we don't need to worry about them so much next year but in the years following. I could be wrong, but I don't see either of those QBS as NFL ready 100 percent coming out of college.
As usual, our biggest hurdle will be the Pats. All that happened this off season is that the dredges of the AFC East got slightly better and our division games have gotten that much more difficult. If NY and Buff get decent QBs, the East could go back to being the most challenging division in all of football.

I think the AFC East is going to be tough. NE is still the team to beat, of course, but they haven't really improved, and we know that Belichick will be trading down all three days, so top notch talent won't be going his way. The Bills and Jets have greatly improved, however, so did Miami during Shula's last season with the Fins. I believe he signed about 3 or 4 former #1 picks, and went nowhere. So, what these teams have done, thusfar, doesn't mean a trip to the playoffs.
At this point, I'm concerned with our defensive backfield. Besides Grimes, who do we have back there? Jones is good, but as of right now, he really doesn't have a partner. Delmas has been resigned, but (supposedly) won't be ready for a while. Grimes is short, but is still a good CB. Who will line up on the other side?
LBers...besides Jenkins, who is a proven commodity? Misi is OK, but that's about it. Can Jordan fill the role?
We have a top notch front defensive line. That's about it.
Unless things really change, I see Miami finishing on the bottom of the pile.

Cap,
Don't forget Grimes and Jones.
They are two of the better CB's/SS's in the league.

Yes but even without a qb both of those teams seem to make the phins live miserable every year.
