Clay becomes a superstar if he stays in Miami (and gets healthy). If not superstar then top 10 TE capable of 900 yards and 10 TD's.

For that to happen Tannehill needs to get to the next level first....And we need a steady OL.

I feel there are two must sign players, who actually performed, Delmas and Clay. Phins can get that money by cutting Hartline and Gibson, who underperformed. They could also cut Ellerbe and Garner for example. None of those cuts would make significant dent except for Ellerbe who is a MLB, which would leave Miami with only one MLB on the roster, Misi. But considering that Ellerbe was missing last year, and the D was OK as long as all 4 starters in the secondary were there, cutting Ellerbe may not be such a big deal, but the Phins would need to find another MLB.

Hartline needs to be resigned. He had good chemistry with tannehill.Just had a down year in 2014.

I don't think so. With his 2 TDs a year, Hartline is easily replacable and must be replaced. He is basically useless. (He does run sweet crossing routes tho, perfect depth!)

Hartline was one of the few bright spots of our team the year before. I think someone said, perhaps in another thread, that the type of plays that were designed for him in 2013 more fit his talent than the ones in 2014. Hopefully, they will again play to his talents in 2015.
