Funny that everyone is reporting that Harbaugh to Michigan is as good as a done deal but now he is meeting with Oakland.

He used this ploy last time around to push up his contract value.

One thing different about this is Sparano was only the Interim HC in Oakland. So, hypothetically, they could hire Harbaugh and keep Sparano on in a different role. It's extremely unlikely, but not impossible.
