If Cleveland owns Buffalo's pick. That could be lower than ours if we lose and they win. If both teams have the same record, we have a better division and conference record so we pick later.

They won't.
They'll end up with the earliest pick in whatever round they get eliminated.
If they get eliminated in the wild card week they'll pick 21st. If the get eliminated in the Division week it would be 25th, and so on.
Whoever put this list together probably had an oversight or they just put together a list of all the teams based on winning% and SOS.
Move the Atlanta/Carolina winner into the 21st spot and slide everyone before that up a spot.
You guys don't like read option quarterbacks. But just having seen him play, if he comes out, what you guys want in a traditional pocket QB is Cody Kessler.
From stellar 2014 season we get "14th" pick. Okay. Do we select the best player available in the draft that's left or pick a needed position to fill?
Ah, yes...the speculation begins.
I sure hope, but realize it's probably unlikely, that Philbin will be relieved of his duties and that Ross will change his mind and hire a better coach. Coyle should go back to doing something else too. (Dream on--I know.)

After Marriota to Tampa, the earlest J. Winston goes is #6 to the Jets unless someone trades to get him. If the Jets and Bears pass, he could slide all the way to the Texans at #16

I'll tell ya, Colonel, with as many holes Miami needs to fill, just get the best player available and that player will fill a position of need.
