Philbin, Lazor, And Coyle all need to go.

Lazor is way over-rated. He didn't do squat with some pretty good weapons. Had some of his worst play calling in the most critical situations.

Coyle's D has been abused all year. He's done little to coach up his players.Still cant tackle or cover. Seems like Jones is completely lost out there.

And Philbin is just a nutless wonder. He inspires nothing.

And Hickey better not suck like his name suggests. He better make sure he has some good talent scouts out there to find and bring in some legit talent, or he's needs to be next.

Damn you Bill Parcells!!!

I agree. None of these coaches have shown enough to keep them. Tannehill inevitably will have to learn another offense but anyone can take their offense and mix in the read option play.

Too many players were not used correctly in this offense. Wallace, Hartline, Charles Clay, Lamar Miller, etc. These should have been plenty of weapons.

Same could be said for defense. it will be interesting to see who is available in two weeks.

Rick the coaches were part of the lousy performance today. Everyone was lousy. Tanny, as I commented early in the game thread, looked for a while like a legit pocket QB but as the game started getting away, he reverted to the nervous rabbit in the pocket. At that point, the coaches seemed to stay away from the read option when they should have gone back to it with Tanny pulling the ball out of Lamar's belly and taking off.

But beyond that, Rick. Teams just seem to find a way to beat us whether we are ahead or our defense is clicking or whether it is our offense that is clicking in the first halves. We let Matt Stafford come back and beat us on a late drive after keeping him in check all day with a ferocious pass rush when we decided to let up on the pass rush for that final drive.

Also we seem always to do worse in the second half. That shows that the other teams' coaches adjust to us very well.

Can't say the same for Philbin.

Let's end the noble experiment and take away the chance we gave to the guy who never got a chance before at head coaching and should not have been given one by us.

Even Ryan would be better at this point.

Time to clean house for the second year in a row we are tanking at the end of the season. Craps Buffalo beat Green Bay. Its all coaching our defensive schemes stink.

Lazor deserves a might amount of blame, too.

Lamar Miller averages over 5 yards a carry, yet runs only about 10 times a game.

Lazor completely abandoned the deep ball for well over 10 games, then against the Pats, the deep ball actually proves to work.

Lazor has been very bad. He has severely restricted the offense.

he also made tannehill look like a real QB so there's that.
