Everette Brown plays so BIG. He's dropping now because teams are realizing he's only 6'2. He plays like a BADASS.

So did Cameron Wimbley, Reinard Wilson, Derrick Alexander and Andre Wadsworth.

What do I think? ------>

I think we must upgrade the DEFENSE immediately in the DRAFT.

#1- We cannot go another season-getting torched by the opposition's WRs. And IMO we wont be able to afford Will Allen in 2010- so we'll need 2.

#2- I am sick and tired of seeing teams run the ball up the middle on us. A run-stuffing NT and an instinctual ILB is essential to our future success.

We could trade our 1st round pick for 1st rounder next year to a sucky team . That is what Belichick has been doing for years.

Trade our 1st to a team that doesn't have a first or a second and get next years first and this years 3rd or 4th.

We could then grab a NT next year like Cody. I don't like Brace for a 2nd rounder.

It depends on who is left when we pick this year.

No argument with that plan. In fact, after I looked closer at the draft options, I understood why they wanted to move down. Teams who win consistently every year have this all figured out.

As far as NT, I am going on the assumption we're getting a decent one this year. If not, I'm actually happy about it, I think Fergie can hold out a bit longer and there will be plenty of NT options in next year's draft. I'd much rather fill that spot with a great O lineman or solid LB that we had to otherwise pass up.

thumbs up
