Seems like a reasonable assessment, tho I would give Jarvis Landry a "B" based on what he's shown as a total body of work -- TC and preseason included.
But yea, he needs to settle in more...
The dude is a legit football player and I think he's going to be very good in short order...
I say a little too high for most. Does not matter where one comes from. What matters is what that person brings. Most of the players mentioned will never amount to anything more than a backup. That to me is D material. C is for guys that start. B is for players that start and consistently good. A is for elite franchise players.

Chris McCain, LB, California
This was an incredible acquisition, he's gifted physically and instinctually. I wonder why no one scooped him up in the draft?
Grade A
How does he get an A? I think he played in 1 game so far.
JoeDKfootball, going to have to change his name to Joezzzzzzzzzzzzzfootball after that snooze of a post,

Gotta work on those comprehension skills yet again Dopin.
Toko gave him the A. I gave him an A in VALUE because he is cheap and didn't cost a draft pick...but I don't really expect you to get understand the distinction.
A sack on Tom Brady and a blocked punt vs the Pats are worth it if he does nothing again all year....but he will.
And just exactly what are you offering to this site that is so valuable? NOTHING. Oh I forgot...RT sucks.
I like your system Joe, maybe I will use it to reevaluate at mid-season. At that time we can get a better idea of these new guys but so far mostly they look good to me.
I think it's pretty impressive to grab an undrafted guy and have that guy perform at a high level when he is on the field. He just missed the London game, but when McCain goes in the game, I feel like he's going to do something every time. He's got that "nose for the ball" kind of instinct that can not be trained or learned. You have it or you don't. McCain has it. Right now he is a little young so he's still thin for his position, but I really like his ceiling as a player and his immediate impact. When all our LB's ended up getting hurt in game 1, McCain was one of the guys that stepped in and rattled the Patsies. I think he is good now and will get even better...so yes he gets an A.
I agree on McCain. Once he can work his way into the lineup, he is going to be a player. Not sure where that is but SLB seems to be a legit spot. Wheeler is entrenching himself on the weak side. Good for him in his second year. Now let's see if Tripp can take over the middle!
Wheeler can't tackle for shit. I hope McCain takes over for him. Lets pick a Linebacker with our #1 pick next season. I don't see Jordon breaking ground there. Wasted 2 picks.
