Kansas City vs. New England MNF Thread

the Patsies, who we crushed, play the Chiefs who crushed us.

So let this be a game thread because it is an important game for us.

Personally, I'm rooting for the Chiefs for playoff implication reasons (best record against common opponents).

That's a no brainer.

NE loss and 3 way tie for first play with top 3 teams at 2-2. (Buffalo holds edge for top seed)

NE win and we are still tied for 2nd.

No Joe. I know what the standings would be. I'm just wondering will KC slaughter NE because they slaughtered us and we slaughtered NE or what does it say if NE slaughtered KC and they slaughtered us?

That what "We'll see in a few hours."

You must have this thread mixed up with the thread entitled "AFC East."

Any team can beat any other team at any given time.

Chyren we all know that a lot of it is how teams match up against each other... We obviously match up well against certain teams better then the Patriots and vice versa.... And sometimes teams just have bad days or good days....It is hard to draw a black and white comparison based on who beats the Chiefs IMO...

Right crowder........

Example of a team matching up well with another team...

Jets and phins always gave each other fits....

Also marino and bledsoe had some shootouts...parcells and shula going at it...

GO CHIEFS.

Finally not bad but never said I could not see well. With that said if I was blind or poor of seeing then I would laugh.

I know theoretically that's true but often there is a simple totem pole explanation. We'll find out tonight.

Oh and adding to your point in addition you have to factor in injuries.
Like the Patriots had a whole game of Knowshon Moreno and he went out early in the KC game.

Still, it will be interesting to see.

Like I said, I'm make this the game thread when the game starts.

Tom is pouting, Bill is mad. I am happy. Pats not looking good at all. Could it finally be the start of the end for these jokers? 17-0 halftime.

So we're looking at a 3-way tie for the AFC East lead. We'll, technically, be #2. What a great week! We win; Jets, Bills, and Pats ALL lose!!!

looks like brady is in the twilight of his career already. That's good, but the bad news is that garrapolo guy could be the next thorn in our side.

Announcers are making me mad now. Right now after the game, they are talking about how pitiful the Pats are! They and we (I was as guilty as the rest) said the same thing when the Kansas City Chiefs KILLED US!

NOW WE KNOW WHY!

THE CHIEFS ARE DAMN GOOD!

and look at these three scores

WE BEAT THE PATS 33 TO 20 We were 13 points better

The Chiefs beat us 34 to 15 by 19 points.

So the Chiefs by those scores should have beat the Pats by 32 points because 19 + 13 equals 32

The Chiefs actually beat the Pats 41 to 14 which is 27 points, which means the Chiefs did actually better against us BUT ONLY WHEN VIEWED IN LIGHT OF HOW BAD WE BEAT THE PATS.

Bottom line is that the Chiefs are damn good.

Seriously, do you really think that NE is beginning to show signs of mediocrity? Really? Do you really think their talent has declined so much that they will not win the division? Do you really think Brady is in his twilight years? Well folks....

YES, I DO!

+++++
What team has the best chance to dethrone them?

Jets? Naw!
Bills? Maybe
Dolphins? Maybe

++++++
Is this a division where and 8-8 team will be the winner?
