I would agree with everyone except Wallace. He is the only one playing with any sense of urgency or passion.

Exactly why I want this team to start Matt Moore. He brings excitement and attitude to a lifeless Philben rock garden.

It won't happen TCPF because those that actually know football, know that this entire team is screwing the pooch. That corvette isn't winning any races on 5 cylinders!
Matt Moore brings excitement...LMFAO. Maybe in your pants TDM/D/D1.
The difference between great and not good enough is not very far in this league. Add in the drops and Tannehill is around a 66% completion rate for the season. The fact that he has only thrown 2 ints is a miracle with all the pressure he has faced. He is still 2:1 in TD to int ratio.
Athleticism is one thing but the ability to hit receivers, connect on the deep ball, sense pocket pressure and get out of there and use the athleticism, and drop the pass in over defenses separate the good and great QB's from the mediocre ones
Lets see the offense put up 30 points for once and see how the defense does.
The defense had the team in the game up until the very end, but no points were scored. You can blame the OC or the OL or whoever you want, but the only thing that is the same is the QB.

Tannehill deserves more than 3 games playing behind an OL with 5 new starters, in a new offense, with his best lineman and running back out of action, with his starting TE playing on one knee, and with a receiving corps that can't catch the dang football.
I'm not saying Tannehill has been good, because he hasn't been. But Let's see how things look in a few weeks when he's making faster reads as he acclimates to the offense, with Mike Pouncey shoring up the center of the line and Knowshon Moreno bringing some energy back to the rushing game.

RE: Even though even the best QB's ever at throwing the deep ball only complete the pass 30% of the time, or less. It's important but not 100% critical. The rest I completely agree with.
I just cant respect the opinion of anyone that has called for a qb or.coaching change in week FOUR for gods sake. You seriously cant be a historian of any level of the NFL doing that.

And had that been the entire sample of evidence, I would agree with your sentiment. However, if needed, I could go back and quote people on this board calling for heads in week 4 singing praises and figuratively skipping and hopping in their comments after the week 1 win vs NE. Make a factual argument based on three years and id love to talk football with that person. Flip flop from week to week and ill question your reasoning every time. I'm sorry I guess its just a serious lack of understanding on my part.

Don't confuse Mr 2 day old new poster with facts Chyrene. He thinks he is a God by the way.

Did you even bother to read my most recent post in this thread? Oh yes, dismiss my opinion because of my goofy moniker.
Im learning real quick who to skim over and who I should debate intelligently.

This is what's up they think your Mia1 or Dolphan 1 or Dolphin etc. we are all assholes here. So my advice is ignore the stupid comments because the guys that make them have been on this site for a long time. Other than that have fun and try not to get too defensive a lot of these guys are bored and this is there past time.
As Chyrene pointed out, this is year three in the tenure of the coaches and QB and, some of us feel that greatness should have shown up well before this. You must have noticed that the past two seasons ended in a very "non-greatness" manner.
None of us wants to endure another rebuild so, a good game gives us hope while a bad game is a sobering reminder that relevance continues to elude us.
We are, after all, mere fans.
Look we played Oakland, they suck. So if Tanny can do that against GB and the bears in the next few weeks and become consistent then maybe I will like him more but until then he is too up and down we need consistency.
