Miami Dolphins (and a great deal of other teams) have given in to the philosophy that backs should be small and quick so that when offensive linemen temporarily open the smallest crack, they can slip through. Now we see it's better to have the larger back who, along with the offensive linemen, explode into the defensive line and drive the defensive linemen back on rushing plays. Let's use the scat backs only on dump off plays and screens. Re: Moreno = leader

Date: September 08, 2014 12:49AM Knowshon Moreno is 5'-11" 220#'s, Lamar Miller is 5'-10" 224#'s, not sure it has anything to do with size as much as it's Moreno knows how to wait for his blocks, and has much better vision, plus, Miller had a pretty good game also, kudo's to the O-line.
