Truth everything I see on him had him going later than 4th. What's so great about him?
Surprised McCarron and Aaron Murray still around and possible for us in 5th

I like the kid a lot. I didn't want to waste a high pick on a CB so I was looking for a guy in the 4th/5th range.
I like this kid and EJ Gaines the best.
Good size, long arms, sub 4.5 speed. Good, not amazing hands. Tough/willing tackler. Very fluid hips in coverage and nice closing burst.
I agree with him. He can play outside, nickle or FS.
I'd have rather taken Anthony Johnson at DT or David Yankey at OG, but if it was a DB he's one of the two or three left I liked at all.
Don't get wrapped up in rankings too much Berk. I don't worry about them. Nobody is right all the time and most services are estimates anyway. Watch his film and decide if he can play or not.
Then you take him where you feel you can't let him go any further without losing him. It only takes one GM who doesn't agree with walterfootball and you get screwed if you wait until where some website ranked him.

Actually, he was charged with possession of stolen property. He bought a laptop from a teammate who had stolen it.
"There were 20-plus teams at Liberty's pro day, and they were all there to get a better look at Aikens. He's got the size everyone is looking for at corner and has pretty good speed, running the 40 in a hand-timed 4.49 seconds." -- Gil Brandt
