Never could bootleg though could he? Couldn't run , and Tanny still had better Rookie numbers. Not putting down the great one, but if you want to compare apples to oranges Tanny has a bunch of strength's Marino never had. Give Tanny a Superbowl caliber Oline like Dan had most of his career and then watch what happens. Kind of hard to concentrate when your blind side is a turnstile .

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

I don't know if that Marino offensive line was as great as it seems in retrospect. He saved them from looking bad on many occasions with his pocket vision, the lightning quick release and knowing when to throw it away. I remember that 80s hey day MD offensive line post-Stephenson was horrible when it came to opening up lanes for the RB's.

Different ERA and game with Woodley and company.

Marino would have been sacked much less with the same line last year. His release and being able to sense the pressure would have made the difference.

OK. So do you have a special time machine or something that can warp back into 1983 and grab Marino back? Your arguments and your posts are pointless as usual. Tannehill is here for the long haul. Deal with it. he is not Marino, and never will be. No one will. Time to put your framed #13 photo aside and deal with reality my friend. Pull your pants up and get on with it.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

Or better, a line like Griese had. Jim Langer at Center, guards Bob Kuchenberg and Larry Little, Tackles, Norm Evans and Wayne Moore.

The NFL record for fewest sacks allowed in a season is 7 by the 1988 Miami Dolphins...That's right! S-E-V-E-N !!!!

but Richmond Webb and Keith Sims didn't have much to do with that. LOL

I was JUST going to post the same thing. Richmond Webb is my all time Favorite O Lineman. I just saw Keith on the local Dolphins Cable show and he is a very intelligent guy. he lost weight and looks healthy.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!
