Asamoah is a RG.

Then it would have been good to have them on the same oline together

Would have been nice to have Albert next to Schwartz with Asamoah on the right! Just import the whole KC bench. Their backups were better than our starters!

Yeah looks like u r right Smith is the best available guard on the market now. I hope we get him. I still think Wade Smith would be a good candidate for a 1 year contract.

As long as he comes at a good price, I don't see a problem. Let him compete with the other million offensive linemen that Miami will have during the off season workouts to see how will come out on top.

Those guards that Miami lost out to were (stupidly) paid starting LT money.

Glad Miami didn't go any further than they did with these guys.

Unless Miami got a bunch of all pros before the draft, offensive line should be their first pick, unless some superstar is sitting there that Miami just can't pass up.

IMO, I don't care how many offensive linemen Miami signs prior to the draft...I'd still go for another OL at 19 if a good one is still there.

I don't think 4.2 mil/year for a starting guard is starting LT money. That's what Schwartz got and he was the best available AND can play tackle.
