Nah, we just equate people with people. Its part of that whole "freedom" and "equality" thing we've been experimenting with for the last 250 years. We figure its just best to treat all human beings the same while they are here, and then then the time comes, let God decide who is a sinner and who isn't.
You're right, SamSam. I don't think anybody can deny that whatever team that signs Sam there will be drama. We as a nation are not that far advanced yet. You're right about that. Whether we should be is an entirely different question.
But does "this" team, with Bullygate and Pouncey running guns, need "more" drama? Probably not.
He already did that with the Bible read it,and learn but you won't because too you it's an out dated book that has run it's course sad really. I cannot believe the fanatical liberals on this board SAD REALLY.

God I hope not. Drama might fuel the media leeches but I hate it. It's a distraction that hurts the Team. PLUS if we draft Sam I don't believe he can be fairly evaluated at the position. NFL wants him to succeed. He will get twice as many chances and twice as many snaps at maybe better players just to try and make that happen. About the only positive is the refs will probably give him a golden Ticket as well. But I don't want to win like that.
I hope Sam goes somewhere else, but not because of his sexuality. I couldn't care less. Just not now.
This subject has gotten way off track. I apologize for my views because most of you on this board would not be my friends socially or spiritually for that matter. However the fact that Sam is gay is news worthy. I hope he does not get drafted by this team because it would cause undue pressure from all of the players, coaches to treat him fairly. It becomes a P. R. nightmare the minute someone thinks he's not getting a fair shake.

That's an interesting thing to say.
I have close, lifelong friends who agree with you on this subject...some more than others. It makes for some fantastic discussions when we get together, especially after a few drinks.
I'm sorry if you feel like you'd be excluded from that type of setting just because I disagree with you on something like this. I mean what type of a hypocrite would I be to preach tolerance and then not tolerate an opposing point of view?
