Date: January 25, 2014 10:25AM He has taken a second interview, he's been both a coach and a personnel guy so he knows players, he has refused all interviews for a GM position (and he's had some requests) until now, and how many decisions would he make with Belichick in the room? Its been said by Boston newspapers that he's had a hand in some personnel moves, and is always in the war room at the draft and all decision-making meetings, but final say is and has always been Belichick's.
