What OC will come in not knowing who the GM is going to be? This is Miami Dolphin administration at its finest. A young OC will not come into a situation where Philbin is going to be in a win or fired season in 2014. Unfortunately, as usual we do things backwards. Its the Fins way!

Then why bring McAdoo in for an interview?
If he and Philbin have a pre-existing relationship to the point Philbin wanted him as OC two years ago, then why have him fly to Florida just to tell him we aren't interested?
Would you do that to someone you knew? Or would you just call him instead?
