LT on Pats?

I'd say the odds are at least 50-50 that SD cuts LT, who is pissed they want him to take a pay cut. If that happens, I could really seeing him signing with the Pats--how much would that SUCK?? LT, Brady, Moss on the same team! It could and maybe will happen!

How many RB's do the Pats need? Lawerence Marony, Fred Taylor, now add LT to the mix??

the Pats aren't that dumb. Their defense is old and slow. They need LB's and secondary help in the worst way. They aren't wasting money on LT

they'd cut maroney if they could sign LT. he hasn't done much as a pro, always hurt. remember they have a lot of cap space now after unloading vrable and cassel

It cracks me up how some here react to the Pats when a good player becomes available. Always going to the Pats, always going to be the end of us.

The Cheaters haven't won a Super Bowl in 5 years, they have no D, they have no depth at the QB position, and they can't videotape anymore. Even if LT went to the Pats, which he wouldn't, it would mean nothing. We are still the better team and improving every minute. The Patriots have nearly imploded and it is only a matter of time before they go back to being the Patsies of the 70s, 80s, and 90s that we remembered and loved.

I think you have to admit the prospect of an offense with Brady, Moss, Welker, and Tomlinson would be pretty scary. Remember, 2 years ago they came within 1 min of being the greatest team in nfl history. and still won 11 games last year losing their QB in the first game. Like it or not (and I certainly do not) they are still the team to beat in the AFC East. All they lack is a star RB--LT would be that.

I think the Pats will a very tough team with Brady back, but they do have some other holes - LB and secondary.

If they release him, I bet he goes to Denver or Kansas City for payback.

Pats are the team to beat in the AFC East. We split with them and they had the same amount of wins as us. It isn't like we just won the AFC East and left destruction in our path. And they did all that with a back-up QB from day 1!!!

You can all call me names now and say I am not a Dolphins fan. Whatever. But what i said is fact. Going into 2009 season NE is the favorites in the AFC East. Hall of fame QB and WR. More balanced on offense than we are. And on defense its about a wash in my book.

Just because they are the favorites doesn't mean much.......but going into 2009 you can't knock NE and that team. No way in hell.

P.S.......if they release LT, he goes to the New Orleans Saints. Heard it here first!

I don't think anyone would argue that NE with Tom Brady is the team to beat in the AFC let alone the East.

We have our work cut out for us this year.

RESPONSE: MikeO, let me hip you to some dynamics on this board. Ghotirule will belittle anything that Berkeley 223 posts because he has this irrational hate for anything associated with the University of California at Berkeley, although Berkeley 223 has nothing to do with that college, to my knowledge.

Next, the lapdog Aqua & Orange, who is always looking to ingratiate himself to Ghotirule jumped the gun on this and criticized Berkeley's post knowing it would please Ghotirule.

So you don't have to defend yourself in advance by agreeing with Berkeley223. If it had been you who FIRST had posted the exact same thing as Berkeley223 posted, neither of these two would have posted what they did at all.

I would have been shocked if that wasn't what happened.
