Don't expect him in Miami, not as long as Parcells is in charge, but then again maybe someone will tell Parcells “the player” is available and he will consider it. I would say yes in a heartbeat if only the player showed up but Owens loves to draw attention to himself, and can’t seem to get along with anyone. Parcells has been one of the best if not the best dealing with troubled players, but he may be all tapped out trying to keep Williams straight. Plus reports have said while Bill was coach in Dallas they never spoke. But Owens alone is better talent than all the Miami receivers combined and Bill might just be the only one who can keep his ego in check.
So, where might he end up next? New England, NYJ, Buffalo, KC, Minnesota, Carolina.
can you imagine TO Randy moss and wes welker on the same team... wow, with brady and the helm. If I were not in the afc east I would think that was an allstar offense. I heard on the radio that the G-men are so far the #1 team after TO and the pats are #2. I dont know if I do or dont want that to happen. When things are going bad TO can poison a locker room so you may want him their, the problem is moss was supposed to be a distraction as well except he has been a model citizen. Dont know what to think but those kinda weapons remind me of when I used to play madden and draft a sick offense for the fish. I hate the pats but that offense would be the sickest, put F. taylor/ maroney in the backfield and how do you stop that?
I don't think he'll be a Patriot. I hope I am right. TO needs to go to a team with strong veteran leaders that will keep him in line. The Pats have that - I am just not sure that they will want to invest the money to get TO.
Maybe he'd have a chance here if he would be just a player, and not a diva. If you're giving a player a second chance, he would have to be someone with a huge upside. Someone who worries a defense and someone who can go and get it. IMO T.O. is a very very talented receiver. Size speed and yeah he tends to change scenery once he burns his bridges. He's worth it. JOEY PORTER can help him stay in line.

Just like LB Hugh Douglas kept him in line?
The brawl with Douglas and the ensuing challenge to his teammates to another fight was just another incident that has "worn us all out" according to teammates. Several teammates truly like Owens and all respect his play, but many others inside the locker room and organization are simply exhausted by the weekly soap opera that has become what seems like a scheduled distraction.
As the book winds down, this inescapable point is hammered home: While Owens has escaped to a fresh start with the Cowboys, McNabb knows he is still in Philadelphia trying to clean up the mess T.O. left behind.
I would be shocked if TO ever played for Miami. Too much history with our management team.
That said, I do think he is an incredible player. He also has a knack for saying some pretty stupid stuff about his teammates, especially his QB's. But does anyone else notice how often this guy gets baited by reporters who are just hoping he'll say the wrong thing at the wrong time? After a Cowboys loss all eyes are on TO. In the game last year where Romo kept trying to force the ball to Whitten who was not making anything happen, the cameras and microphones were all in TO's face after the game. Why not talk to the QB or even Whitten? Why go to TO? They were just hoping he would say something out of line. Even the cameramen do it. Romo and Whitten screwed up, and the cameras immediately went to TO who was visibly upset the ball wasn't thrown his way. It happens all the time. I'll say this - TO usually gives the cameramen and reporters what they are looking for, and it's all about ratings in that business. They are not at all concerned that TO is making himself look like a jerk as long as they get the quote or video they were looking for.
There's no excusing some of his dumb remarks, but it seems like a smart team could find a way to keep him shut up. Ideally, TO needs to be on a team where the cameras and microphones are directed at someone other than him. Or he needs to conduct all interviews with a big, mean NT staring him in the face the whole time he is talking.

Except Bilicheck won't have it because the last thing he needs is a player writing a book about stealing signals and such.
He needs a psychiatrist and a reality TV show. And he could find it all right here in MIAMI.
If he came in, put in work, and got with the program we'd have a couple good years before he melted down. By then who knows, he could grow up. It could happen. And don't list all the other things that could happen please.
We need someone with TO's physical attributes and WR abilities, everybody knows that.

This is idiocy. How many locker rooms has TO destroyed? When has TO NOT been a diva? He doesn't get it. He is as stupid as he is talented.
A random survey of NFL teams throughout Thursday, one day after the Cowboys released Terrell Owens, revealed next to no interest in the mercurial wide receiver. Ten receiver-needy teams were contacted and these are the responses that filtered in throughout the day:
“Never,” from one team.
“T.O. leaves too much carnage wherever he plays,” from another.
“Not here,” said a third.
“He won’t play here, I can tell you that!” came from a fourth.
A fifth said: “For all that he thinks he is, he has won one playoff game since 1998. I think his teams have won more playoff games since then with him out of the lineup.”

LOL!
I hope the Cheatriots get him. Either TO gets the catches he want and Moss pouts, or Moss gets the catches he wants and TO disses Brady. Either way, another nail in the Cheating coffin.
I doubt it will happen though. Even Bellicheat isn't so arrogant to think he can manage that situation.
