Date: December 29, 2013 11:08AM I believe the appropriate action is to place all Dolphin staff into a line-up and one by one they are fired by Ross. Make this public and place it on TV. At least we will get some entertainment out of it.
Increase the action by giving Ross a gun that shoots out a flag with the words "YOU'RE FIRED". Re: Firing Squad

Date: December 29, 2013 12:48PM i would say ross cares more than most. he is the classic rich geek who wants to buy "coolness" with this team. he wants a winner so he can be loved and have the other owners let him sit at their table ________________________________________________________ The beatings will continue until morale improves.
